Rooted in our proud history, this phase remains focused on possibilities—not decisions.

Cronulla RSL has a proud history as a local institution and Shire landmark, built on the service and sacrifice of our veterans. From humble beginnings, the Club has grown from strength to strength over the decades, thanks to the dedication of our members and the wider community. Today, with more than 30,000 members, we are proud to carry this legacy forward.
To ensure the Club’s long-term financial sustainability, we are taking steps to optimise the use of our property assets, prudently diversify revenue streams, and maintain a competitive edge. This strong foundation gives us a unique opportunity to enhance and expand our facilities—creating long-term benefits for our members and community, and building a sustainable and vibrant legacy for future generations.
As part of this process, we undertook extensive master planning, followed by a rigorous market testing program that attracted over 20 high-quality proposals. After careful evaluation, Keyton has emerged as our preferred redevelopment partner. We are now entering a detailed collaboration with them to explore the full potential of our sites.
This phase includes comprehensive due diligence supported by independent experts in property, legal, technical, and financial fields, to develop a business case and present informed options.
A key principle remains unchanged: no redevelopment will proceed without member approval. Your input is central to shaping the future direction of our Club, and we are committed to keeping you informed at every key stage.
Central to our vision is upgrading our 80-year-old base building to deliver inclusive, accessible, efficient, and purpose-built facilities that reflect the values and needs of our evolving membership.
Together, we are working to honour the past while building a strong and sustainable future for Cronulla RSL.
