Catering HQ Raises Over $52,000 Through Schnitzel Flood Fundraiser for GIVIT

From 23rd May to 30th June 2025, schnitzels became more than just a menu favourite — they became a symbol of community generosity.

Catering HQ has announced the success of its recent fundraising campaign, where schnitzels sold across all Catering HQ venues — including Cronulla RSL — helped raise an incredible $52,410.

In total, 9,347 schnitzels were sold during the campaign, with a portion of every sale going GIVIT, an Australian nonprofit organisation that connects donors with people and communities in genuine need. The funds will help thise on the Mid North Coast who were recently impacted by the 500-year flood disaster, which saw close to 50,000 people isolated in Taree, and surrounding towns.

This fundraiser was a true team effort, made possible by the dedication of staff across all Catering HQ venues and the overwhelming support of our patrons who chose to get behind the initiative — one schnitzel at a time.
