Kicking Goals for a Cause: Cronulla RSL Football Club Supports #PlayInPurple and PanKind Australia
This year, Cronulla RSL Football Club is proudly taking part in the #PlayInPurple campaign, a national initiative led by PanKind, The Australian Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. Across two special weekends — 26–27 July and 2–3 August 2025 — their teams will swap their regular socks for purple ones, showing their commitment to raising awareness for pancreatic cancer.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest cancers in Australia, with low survival rates and limited public awareness. By literally wearing the cause on their feet, our players are helping to spark vital conversations and inspire much-needed donations.
Whether you’re a player, supporter, or local visitor, we invite you to get involved. Donations can be made in cash at the canteen on game day, or via our dedicated page:

Together, let’s turn the field purple and make a difference where it’s needed most.
