From Cronulla to the Opera House: 30km Run Delivers $4,200 for Charity

Cronulla RSL is incredibly proud of team members Benjamin Booth, Riley Comyns, Luke Takacs, Bede Julian and Kian Liddy, who all took part in More Than a Run on Saturday 29 November. They not only embraced a serious physical challenge, they also topped the fundraising leaderboard, contributing more than 4,200 dollars towards mental health and suicide prevention.

More Than a Run brings people together through running, connection and community, championing causes that genuinely change lives. This year, participants set off for the Sydney Opera House from either South Cronulla for the 30-kilometre route, or Cahill Park, Wolli Creek for the 10-kilometre option. Along the way, runners encouraged each other, shared stories and pushed through the kilometres with a shared purpose that went far beyond the finish line.
