Cronulla RSL Hosts Zero79 Foundation Event Honouring Commandos & Families

At Cronulla RSL, we are proud to stand alongside the Zero79 Foundation in supporting Australia’s Commando community. In September, we have the honour of being the host venue of a powerful event that brings together current and former operators, their families, and charity partners — a chance to connect, honour our fallen, and shine a light on the important work of the Zero79 Foundation.

Konnect events like this lie at the heart of the Zero79 Foundation. They offer chances to reconnect, foster relationships, and fortify their network, delivering tangible benefits to our community.

The Zero79 Foundation holds the distinction of being the only registered charity in Australia solely dedicated to supporting current and former serving Commandos and their families. With strong ties to the Commando community, the Foundation ensures that support is targeted, timely, and meaningful, providing vital programs and services that meet the unique needs of these extraordinary men and women.

Run by a passionate team who volunteer their time to support the commando community, the foundation relies on donations and fundraising to support its numerous programs and initiatives.

This year, the Foundation is once again giving families of fallen Commandos an incredible opportunity to travel to Hawaii and take part in the Na Koa Regatta this August — and Cronulla RSL is proud to be supporting this journey alongside them.
