Another Day Hosts Inspiring Evening with Mark Hughes at Cronulla RSL
Cronulla RSL was honoured to support Another Day as they hosted Newcastle Knights legend Mark Hughes for a truly moving speaking event.
Mark shared his incredible journey—from his days on the footy field to his courageous battle with brain cancer and the creation of the Mark Hughes Foundation.
The night was filled with laughter, emotion, and inspiration as guests connected with Mark’s powerful message of resilience and hope.

About Another Day:
The ‘Another Day’ group is a Shire based Men’s Mental Health group that connect monthly.
Through our monthly walks and other events such as ice baths, breath work and speaking events, we are always trying new ways to connect and offer ways to improve the state of men’s Mental Health.
Our main aim is to offer a community in which All Men if any age, can feel safe to be themselves and comfortable enough to talk about their state of mind.
Men’s Mental Health is and will continue to be a serious issue if not dealt with head on.
Our group at Another Day hope to provide the right support and tools to give all men the option to live ‘Another Day’.
