Walking Together for a Cause That Matters

Cronulla RSL is proud to support the return of the 12 Hour Walk, with local community members Lachlan and Justin once again hosting this inspiring event from the Cronulla RSL Bowling Green on 16 August.

The 12 Hour Walk is a community day that brings people together to support those currently facing cancer, honour those we have lost, and raise vital funds for cancer research. Whether you can walk for 12 minutes, one hour or the full 12 hours, everyone is encouraged to take part and show their support.

This year holds even greater significance. Alongside the community walk on Saturday 16 August, Lachlan will undertake an additional 12-hour walk the day before in honour of two special women, his Mum and Nicole. The extra challenge reflects a deeply personal commitment to raising awareness and support for those impacted by cancer.

Cronulla RSL is proud to provide the venue for this meaningful community event and encourages members, families and the wider community to get involved. It is an opportunity to come together, connect with others and be part of something that makes a real difference.

All funds raised will support Love Your Sister, Australia's cancer vanquishing charity founded by Samuel Johnson OAM. Since its inception, the organisation has raised more than $22 million to support Precision Medicine research and treatment, helping improve outcomes for cancer patients across Australia.

We encourage everyone to come along, bring a friend and join us on the Cronulla RSL Bowling Green as we walk together in support of a future free from cancer.
