Each year, our community gathers at first light to honour the service and sacrifice of our veterans.

The safe and respectful delivery of the ANZAC Day Dawn Service relies on dedicated volunteers who assist with wayfinding, crowd support and event operations.

A member of our team will be in touch with further details, including briefing information and role allocation. This year, we are looking for volunteer assistance in the following areas:

• Wayfinder: Assist attendees to safely navigate access routes in low light conditions and direct them to key areas throughout the event site.

• Set Up / Pack Down: Support the safe and efficient preparation and dismantling of event infrastructure under supervision of the event team.

• Crowd Marshal: Monitor and guide pedestrian movement at key flow points to maintain safe crowd density and clear access routes.

• Volunteer Sign On / Sign Off Room: Manage volunteer registration, briefing coordination and attendance records to ensure smooth deployment and accountability.
