Australia Day 2026 Celebrations at Cronulla RSL: A Day to Remember
Australia Day 2026 at Cronulla RSL brought the community together for a day of seaside fun, music, and celebration. Just moments from the beach, the Club opened at 10am and welcomed locals and visitors alike to enjoy classic Aussie activities, relaxed vibes, and entertainment for all ages.
The day kicked off with plenty of laughter and friendly competition, featuring thong throwing, pie-eating, and lamington-eating contests. Guests were also able to catch the live telecast of the Australia Day Concert in the Park, ensuring no one missed a moment—or a questionable dance move.
From 4pm, the energy shifted to the Australia Day Concert and Spectacular Fireworks Finale at Cronulla Beach, with performances by the NSW Police Rock Band, The White Tree Band, Rachael Fahim, Dragon, and Furnace and the Fundamentals keeping the crowd entertained before the night concluded with a breathtaking fireworks display over the beach. Cronulla RSL were proud supporters of the Australia Day Long Weekend 2026. Friends, families, and neighbours came together to celebrate Australia Day the way it should be on the sand, by the water, and in great company.
