The Community Champions Program is an employee volunteering initiative that encourages our team members to give their time, skills and passion to causes that make a real difference across the Sutherland Shire and beyond.
Through the program, employees can volunteer their time alongside local charities, veteran organisations, community groups and community events supported by Cronulla RSL, helping create positive change while building stronger connections with the community we proudly serve.
Community Champions reflects our commitment to giving back and creating opportunities for our people to be actively involved in the communities that support our Club.

Employees register once to become a Community Champion and receive notifications about upcoming volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
Participation is completely voluntary and takes place outside rostered working hours. Team members choose the opportunities that suit their interests and availability, with no minimum commitment required.
The Community Team records verified volunteer hours and recognises the contribution participants make throughout the year.
